Archaeological Day Tour Excavation by F. Willis of Portland, OR.

Welcome to my web site!

Mexico holds many mysteries!  One of which is why are there many figures of dinosaurs that date back some 2,500 to 3,000 years, when we didn't know what they looked like until about 200 years ago?   We MUST continue investigating, probing deeper and deeper into these mysteries in an attempt to solve them.    In my opinion, there may have been a "branch" of  Mayans in northern Jalisco, in the area of Lagos de Moreno, because of a  "ball court" recently destroyed as well as a round pyramid to be unearthed in the near future.  For more information on the Mayan, see:  http://mayanArchaeology.tripod.com

Here in the area where I live, in Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco,  the Chichimecas lived until about the year 1024AD.  There are a number of sites very near
here where their broken pottery can be found, almost on the surface.  Also, pieces of the walls of their homes may be found.  They appear like they were made of
very small reeds.  The holes in the reeds can still be seen.  They were hold together by mud which was dried in the sun.

If anyone would like to arrange a short archaeological tour with me, in this area, I will be glad to accompany you and show you the sites where you may find these items. I may be contacted either by the fillable form, or by my Mexican phone (+52) 474-725-2238  or my Dallas, Texas line which rings here during the day.  That number is (214) 778-5473.
